Prices

Ornament: $20 ($17 with Plaque purchase)

Single Traditional Design: $35

Double Traditional Design: $45Circle, heart, or square.

Single Classic Design: $45-55
Surfboard, basketball, or other design to include a single foot or hand.

Double Classic Design: $60-70
Butterfly, sailboat, or other design to include a foot and hand, both feet or both hands.

Deluxe: Both Hands and Feet $65

Siblings Plaques: $55 Double

                            $70 Triple

Parent & Child Plaque: $65

Jewelry/Business Card Holder: $75

Santa Plates: $55 Single hand

                       $75 Double    

Additional Options: Picture opening, boarder designs or symbols $5 each.

All plaques (except for ornaments) will include child's name and age engraved on front. Ornaments will be engraved on the back.

*Prices shown are valid for children ages 2 and under. Prices may be slightly higher for children over 2. 

Policies

1. Payment

    a. Payments are accepted by cash, check      (payable to "Imprints for keeps") and             credit card or paypal.

    b. Checks returned for insufficient funds     will be charged a $25 fee.

    c. Payment is due at time of service.

    d. California sales tax applies to all             customers.   

 2. Returns: We want you to be thrilled with  your purchase. If you are not satisfied         with your plaque, return it within 7 days         for a refund. **Home visits and shipping fees are non-refundable. 

3. Delivery: Your order will be ready in approximately 6-8 weeks. It can be picked up in our Azusa Studio, or it can be shipped. We will call you when your order is completed. Group orders will be delivered locally to the group host.

4. Shipping: Imprints for keeps will be happy to ship your purchase anywhere within the United States. All packages are postal insured. Shipping fees are as follows:

    1. 1 item: $9

    2. 2-4 items or 1 over-sized item: $13

    3. More than 4 items: ask for a quote

5. Home visits: having us come to your home makes it easier on the child, and more convenient for you.

    1. Fee: We will travel to most locations         for a small fee.

        a. within 10 miles: $10

        b. within 20 miles: $20

        C. farther distances ask for a quote.

    2. Canceled and missed appointments.

        a. Your appointment time is reserved             especially for you. If you need to                 change or cancel your appointment,                 please do so within 24 hours of your             scheduled appointment. No shows or             appointments canceled without a                     24-hour notice are subject to a fee             equal to one home visit. If you wish to         reschedule, an additional home visit             fee will be charged.
